Arnolphe, a wealthy, middle aged bachelor, has rasied his ward Agnes to be the perfect domestic wife, and despite the protestations of his friend Chrysalde (and perhaps those of a modern audience) he now intends to wed the young woman. But when the dashing young Horace falls for Agnes (and she for him), the stage is set for deception, mischief, and perhaps a happy ending. This 75 minute cut of the classic play will tour around the Pikes Peak region so look out for FREE performances at a site near you.
